By using this web site and/or placing an order with us, you agree to our policies. Please make sure to read them in full below...
We gladly accept returns. If you are not 100% happy with your item(s):
Contact me within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com Please explain the reason you wish to return your order. We will supply the return address if needed.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for returning the items in the original gift boxing they were sent in (you will cover the return shipping cost to us). Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).
PROBLEMS WITH MAIL DELIVERY
We use the USPS Mail System for all of our shipments. Typically, one or two small items are sent via First Class mail with tracking. Larger items are sent Priority Mail. All International orders are sent via First Class Package mail.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the mail is running slower than usual. As stated on the USPS web site, expect in transit times to be delayed during this unusual time.
International customers (especially those in Canada and some European countries) may have a tax or duties fee due upon the arrival of their order. Please understand this is a free your country charges you to import this item and it is your responsibility to pay this.
Packages that are refused or unclaimed are subject to a 30% restock fee should the item make it back to us (shipping is not refunded). If the item does not come back to us, we are not responsible for a refund.
Legally, sellers are responsible for your package while it is in transit to you, until it is marked "delivered" by the post office to your address. Once that package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Therefore, if you have had problems with porch or mail theft, you may want to have us upgrade to signature required for your delivery. It is normally just a few dollars more and we can bill you for that easily. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for this type of loss once marked delivered and it would become a matter for the police in your area.
