Solid Antique Metal Clamshell Dish

Part of my carefully curated antique treasure and vintage curio collection.  Each piece is a treasure, found while shopping my local antique shops and estate sales, and brought to my collectors for their consideration.  I only bring home the most special and unique pieces that suit my style.  I feel these lost treasures need to be loved again.  

This gorgeous, solid metal dish looks like a real clamshell but is cast in solid brass with a dark silver tone patina color. It has a nice heavy weight to it. Perfect as a paperweight or flipped over for a little jewelry catch all. About 3.5” diameter.
